Julie Robinson brings over 25 years of commercial experience to her facilitation and coaching, having worked as a Director level at Virgin Atlantic, Legal and General, PartyGaming and in a NED role at Plane Handling. With extensive experience of directing global teams in the development and implementation of world-class products and services, she understands the thorny challenges of leadership and developing high-performing teams. She believes that great leadership is key to a positive strong organisational culture and that good relationships can have a significant impact on success.
She has always been passionate about engaging teams to deliver results and whilst leading global teams she understood that clarity of communication and recognising cultural sensitivities were essential.
For the last thirteen years Julie has supported clients as an Executive Coach covering most aspects of leadership and team development, including strategic visioning and planning, inter-personal relationships, developing high-performing teams, leading change, developing an empowered workforce and customer focused cultures. She is just as passionate about helping others to achieve success as she was when leading her own teams.
Julie is comfortable in a variety of industry settings and has worked with clients as diverse as Telefonica, Intercontinental Hotels, IBM Algorithmics, Greater Anglia, The Gambling Commission, Imperial College, Byron Hamburgers, Ipsos Mori, Argos, Osborne Property Services, Multiplex and HCA Healthcare UK.
Julie holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Coaching and Development, a European Mentoring and Coaching Council Senior Practitioner accreditation (EIA) and studied the Psychology of Leadership, Change and Coaching with the CIPD; Strategic Planning at Cranfield and the role of the Director with the Institute of Directors. She is also an accredited Insights psychometric profiling practitioner and regularly uses Insights Discovery or the Five Behaviours when working with clients.
